I was recently invited to feature my wedding work at the a Night Under the Stars Wedding Expo and Party at Bordeleau Vineyards and Winey in Eden, Maryland.  I’ve never done a bridal show before and had only been to one about ten years ago. So not really knowing what to expect, I hopped online and found a ton of ideas on Pinterest, google images and got suggestions from friends in the business on how to set mine up. After what seemed like a month of scavenger hunting for the perfect props, ordering some of my favorite prints in canvas and construction of the backdrop this is what I came up with. Many thanks to my mom for traveling to Lancaster, Pennsylvania for apple crates and finding the perfect ladder, my dad for helping me construct this monster 8′ x 8′ backdrop, my girlfriend Angela for helping me find and pick up all of the little things, and my stepmom Fay and Dad for helping me set it all up on the day of the show. The show itself was a ton of fun, I met three of my 2013 brides, an event planner I’m working with next season and I made contacts with vendors and colleagues I look forward to working with in the future.
