Here is my shot at capturing Orbital ATK’s Antares rocket and Cygnus spacecraft as viewed from downtown Salisbury, Maryland this evening. The launch was from the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia and the spacecraft is on a resupply mission to the International Space Station. While I’m far from the likes of a seasoned professional like Bill Ingalls, I tried my hand at capturing a rocket this evening!
